Care・Instruction

1. To remove any residue, debris, dirt or other matter, use a little isopropyl rubbing alcohol (75%<91%).

2. Seal any openings (tool or with your hands), shake it up and repeat until all residues appear to be removed.

3. Rinse the glasspiece with WARM water.

Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery
1. All orders will be sent out via SF Express within 2 business days once the payment is confirmed.

2. The order usually will be delivered in two working days. (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

3. Free delivery for any order with a total value of HK$250 or above.

Same-Day Delivery
1. All same-day delivery orders will be sent out via Lalamove or Gogox.

2. Fees are subject to package size, weight, delivery location and time, please contact us via the whatsapp icon first.

3. The delivery fees will be paid by the recipient upon goods' arrival and at their own risk.

4. Orders must be completed and paid at or before 20:30 on the business day or otherwise that will be processed on the next business day.
